From heart-pounding sequels to brand-new titles that promise to captivate, here’s what you can look forward to in the Spring 2024 anime season:

THAT TIME I GOT REINCARNATED AS A SLIME! SEASON 3

The first anime on our list is making a return with one of the most intriguing titles out there. Ring Ring… It’s set to be released this spring. This series follows the ongoing adventures of Rimuru, who, just as a reminder, was reincarnated as a slime in a fantasy world after his death. Quite the twist, right? Now, Rimuru has established his own kingdom called Tempest and has assumed the role of a Demon Lord. What challenges and enemies will he face this time around?

KONOSUBA – GOD’S BLESSING ON THIS WONDERFUL WORLD! SEASON 3

Konosuba is finally going to have a season 3. The highly anticipated release has now confirmed its Spring 2024 debut window, accompanied by an exciting new trailer offering fans the best glimpse yet at the upcoming episodes!

Following the recent release of its special prequel spin-off anime focusing on Megumin’s adventures before she joined Kazuma’s party, Konosuba is finally gearing up for the official third season of its series. This means that fans won’t have to wait too much longer before they can join Kazuma’s party in tackling all sorts of wild and hilarious adventures in another world once again.

ONE PUNCH MAN: SEASON 3

It’s been a while, but we’re eagerly anticipating more action from Saitama as he continues his streak of taking down supervillains with just one punch.

One-Punch Man Season 3 was officially confirmed on August 18, 2022, through the official One-Punch Man Twitter account. Alongside the announcement came a teaser by character designer Chikashi Kubota. However, details such as the official release date and production studio remain unknown.

The first season of the anime debuted in Japan on October 5, 2015, followed by the second season in April 2019. With the manga series boasting over 200 chapters and the adaptation of only 85 in the first two seasons, Season 3 is set to begin from Volume 17 of the manga.

While the buzz around the show has quieted down somewhat, we fans are hopeful that a new season will reignite its popularity once more.

THE SEVEN DEADLY SINS: THE FOUR KNIGHTS OF THE APOCALYPSE!

Next in our lineup is the highly anticipated sequel series of the beloved fantasy anime, The Seven Deadly Sins. And here’s the exciting part—it’s already airing on Netflix!

Here’s a sneak peek at what to expect: “A kind-hearted young boy named Percival resides with his grandfather in a secluded region. However, peace doesn’t last long as Percival’s encounter with a mysterious knight changes his fate, unveiling a shocking secret and propelling him into an endless journey.”

Based on the sequel manga by Nakaba Suzuki, The Four Knights of the Apocalypse unfolds several years after the events of the fourth and final season of The Seven Deadly Sins anime, which brought peace to Britannia and Camelot following the defeat of the Demon King and Cath.

KAIJU NO. 8

Kaiju No. 8 is expected to start airing in April 2024. While reading Kaiju No. 8, it seemed like a no-brainer that this monster-filled series, similar to Godzilla, would make an awesome anime. It takes a lot of inspiration from old-school mech shows like Neon Genesis Evangelion, making it much anticipated for the fans. Basically, the story is about people of Earth fighting against giant and smart monsters by using tech from previous battles to save their planet.

DEMON SLAYER! SEASON 4

There you go, Demon Slayer fans, prepare yourselves for some major news! Get yourselves ready, because this is huge! After the awesome third season, Demon Slayer is set to make a grand comeback this spring with a one-hour premiere, delving into the Hashira training arc. Additionally, the series has something special in store for fans worldwide, with an ongoing global tour, featuring exclusive screenings of the most emotionally charged episodes from season 3.

BLEACH: THOUSAND-YEAR BLOOD WAR PART 3 — THE CONFLICT

Moving on, let’s discuss the latest developments regarding the renowned anime, Bleach. We fans are overjoyed to hear that the long-awaited conclusion of Bleach will finally be adapted after a hiatus spanning over a decade. However, akin to Attack on Titan’s format, the final season will be released in four parts. Following the release of Part 4, which is expected to hit screens either in late 2024 or early 2025, it’s anticipated to mark the culmination of Bleach’s on-screen journey—unless a sequel is in the cards.

THE IRREGULAR AT MAGIC HIGH SCHOOL! SEASON 3

We, the fans of “The Irregular at Magic High School” are overjoyed as the series is finally coming back for its third season, ten years after the first season aired. I am super excited and can’t wait to find out when it’s going to air, what the story will be, and who’s working on it. The release date for Season 3 was announced during the “Dengeki Bunko 30th Anniversary Summer Festival Online 2023,” and it’s set to air on April 5, 2024. So get ready to see your favorite characters and storylines back in action!

MY HERO ACADEMIA! SEASON 7

Next in line on our list of highly anticipated anime is My Hero Academia, embarking on its extensive final storyline starting from season 7. Katsuki continues his adventure as the superhero school gears up to confront the League of Villains for the ultimate showdown; fans can expect an action-packed journey. The seventh season is slated for release on May 24 this year, which isn’t too far off. So, here’s to all the My Hero Academia enthusiasts—get ready for some thrilling adventures!

CHAINSAW MAN — THE MOVIE: REZE ARC

Last but certainly not least, we have one of the most highly anticipated releases of this year—Chainsaw Man. Instead of diving into Season 2 right away, the series is opting to give its next emotional arc its own standalone feature film. Thus far, the narrative revolves around a teenager bestowed with the ability to manifest chainsaws from his head and arms. Amidst his insecurities and confusion, his first experience with love during the Reze arc doesn’t unfold quite as expected. So, get ready because, preceding the film is the awaited second season of Chainsaw Man; hopefully, we will not have to wait for years.
