Ah you guys already seen those  Mahouka Koukou posts with a title saying “Anime Where Main Character Hides Power”. Well today I’m going to try and give you a better list with new anime that I’ve watched. You can be the judge of it. Because I know you love MC that hides their power.

Seireitsukai no Blade Dance takes place at a very prestigious school for holy shrine princesses called Areishia Spirit Academy. Kamito Kazehaya is a normal guy in pretty much all respects except for the fact that he’s the first man in 1,000 years to be able to form a contract with a spirit (which he “stole” from a shrine princess named Claire Rouge). Additionally, the headmaster of the school, Greyworth, has summoned him to enroll and is forcing him to participate in a special tournament that will take place two months down the road. With Claire demanding that he become her contracted spirit, will Kamito even manage to survive the entire two months until the tournament takes place?

Staz Charlie Blood is a powerful vampire who rules the Eastern district of Demon World. Leaving the management of his territory to his underlings, Staz spends his days lazing around, indulging in anime, manga, and games.

When Fuyumi Yanagi, a Japanese girl, accidentally wanders through a portal leading into the demon world, Staz is overjoyed. But just as he is starting to feel an unusual attraction to her, his territory is attacked, resulting in Fuyumi’s untimely death. She turns into a wandering ghost and the crestfallen Staz vows to resurrect her as this would mean being able to travel to the human world, something he has always dreamed of.

Blood Lad follows Staz and Fuyumi, soon joined by the spatial magician Bell and the half-werewolf Wolf, as they travel to find a magic that can bring humans back to life.

7. Sousei No Onmyouji

Magano, a parallel realm filled with monsters known as “Kegare,” is a place where exorcists deal with all impurities. On her way, she plummets into the arms of Rokuro Enmadou, a young exorcist with a troubled past.

But the impurities of Magano do not rest. When these two exorcists witness a couple of children stolen by a Kegare, Benio rushes to save them, dragging Rokuro along with her into Magano. She engage in a fight with Magano. Rokuro saved Benio, revealing himself capable of being her rival in talent.

Sousei no Onmyouji tells the story of two talented exorcists who are destined to become the “Twin Star Exorcists” and the prophesised parents of the Miko—the reincarnation of Abe no Seimei—who will cleanse the world of all impurities.

Fifteen years have passed since the war between humans and demons began. Dissatisfied with their slow advance into the Demon Realm, the Hero abandons his companions to quickly forge ahead towards the Demon Queen’s castle. Upon his arrival at the royal abode, the Hero makes a startling discovery: not only is the Demon Queen a woman of unparalleled beauty, but she also seeks the Hero’s help. Confused by this unexpected turn of events, the Hero refuses to ally himself with his enemy, claiming that the war the demons have waged is tearing the Southern Nations apart.

However, the Demon Queen rebuts, arguing that the war has not only united humanity but has also brought them wealth and prosperity, providing evidence to support her claims. Furthermore, she explains that if the war were to end, the supplies sent by the Central Nations in aid to the Southern Nations would cease, leaving hundreds of thousands to starve. Fortunately, she offers the Hero a way to end the war while bringing hope not only to the Southern Nations, but also to the rest of the world, though she will need his assistance to make this a reality.

Finally convinced, the Hero agrees to join his now former enemy in her quest. Vowing to stay together through sickness and health, they set off for the human world.

Code Geass: Hangyaku no Lelouch is an original anime series by Sunrise animation studio with original character designs by the all-female Japanese manga artist group Clamp. Manga and light novels based off the show have been published by Kadokawa Shoten. The show has sold millions of DVDs and Blu-ray volumes and is extremely popular in both Japan and North America. The show is known for its multi-genre appeal and for its diverse cast of characters who face many moral dilemmas over the course of the series.

The last two episodes received a pre-airing on an event, July 21, 2007. Regular broadcasting was on July 29, 2007.

The series won: “The Best Anime TV Series” award at the 2007 Tokyo International Anime Fair, “The Best TV animation” award at the twelfth Animation Kobe, and “The Most Popular Anime” award at the Animage ’s 29th Annual Anime Grand Prix.

So coming up on number 1 ( I chose this one since its new ) and it was made by NETFLIX and it came out this year.

Set in the near future in Japan, year 2035. A major incident was known as “Burst” which was caused by researching artificial life. A certain AI called “Matter” has eroded the Kurobe Gorge. Entering the research city, which has been called as humanity’s last hope, has been prohibited by the government. Two years later, Aiko Tachibana, a 15-year-old girl who lost her family from the incident, was told by a transfer student named Yuuya Kanzaki the truth that Aiko didn’t know regarding a secret hidden within her body. The key to solve the mystery is said to be in the Primary Point, the center of Burst. When a boy and a girl, who bears the future of humanity, meet, what will be the new truth?
